The Debem FOODBOXER diaphragm pumps consist of a centrally housed coaxial pneumatic motor. The new generation membranes (Long Life profile) are fixed to its shaft. At both ends the two pump housings house the ball valves and the relative retaining seats of the product intake and delivery duct.

HOW DOES IT WORK
The compressed air introduced by the pneumatic exchanger behind one of the two membranes determines the compression and pushes the product into the delivery pipe at the same time, the opposite membrane integral with the exchanger shaft creates a vacuum sucking the fluid. Once the stroke has been completed, the pneumatic exchanger diverts the compressed air behind the opposite diaphragm and the cycle is reversed.
